Contract Management

If you have a complex contract that requires close management we can take care of this. Tracking changes, checking invoices thoroughly, liasing with vendor to close out queries, analysing potential overspends, contract compliance checks, target cost calculations and ultimately trying to keep the price that you pay to a minimum.
